Core42 names Talal M. Al Kaissi as Interim Chief Executive Officer, citing his deep institutional knowledge and strong government and enterprise relationships to steer the company’s next growth phase.

Al Kaissi brings extensive operational expertise and long-standing relationships across government and enterprise ecosystems. He currently serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Partnerships and Government Affairs Officer at Core42, and Acting Group Chief Global Affairs Officer at G42.

In these roles, Al Kaissi has played a pivotal role in advancing Core42’s global strategy, including the establishment of high-impact international partnerships such as the company’s landmark collaboration with Microsoft. He has also strengthened Core42’s engagement with key stakeholders across the UAE and global markets.

The leadership change follows the decision of Kiril Evtimov to step down as Chief Executive Officer at the end of the year. Core42 acknowledged Evtimov’s contributions, noting that under his leadership the company successfully translated an ambitious vision into a scalable and operational enterprise.

With Al Kaissi assuming the interim CEO role, Core42 said it remains focused on accelerating innovation, expanding its global footprint, and delivering meaningful impact across its core markets.
