At the Global Health Exhibition 2025 in Riyadh, U.S.-based Persivia Inc. introduced the National Health Intelligence Initiative, a major step toward Saudi Arabia’s data-driven healthcare transformation under Vision 2030. Far beyond a typical product launch, the initiative represents a strategic effort to integrate AI, analytics, and national health data into a unified engine for population-level improvement.

“Saudi Arabia is building one of the most forward-thinking healthcare systems in the world,” said Dr. Mansoor Khan, CEO of Persivia. This initiative, he noted, reflects a shift from aspiration to execution.

How the initiative works

Central to the platform is Persivia’s patented AI Engine, designed to unify and operationalize data across every corner of the health ecosystem. The system:

Aggregates and integrates data from national health entities.

Analyzes information in real time to generate actionable insights.

Powers “growth loops” — a feedback mechanism where AI continually learns from system performance and refines decision-making models.

The platform functions as a learning health intelligence system, continuously adapting to improve models, support policy formation, and advance population health outcomes.

Why it matters

Beyond technology, the initiative aims to elevate care quality, strengthen value-based care models, and support sustainable cost structures across Saudi healthcare. Its ultimate goal: empower policymakers and providers with the intelligence needed to make decisions that improve outcomes and economic resilience.

“Our goal is to bring not just technology, but also clinical insight, strategic expertise, and years of proven experience in AI-driven healthcare,” Dr. Khan said.

During GHE 2025, Persivia’s leadership held strategic meetings with key Saudi stakeholders — including the Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia, Health Holding Company, SDAIA | سدايا, CHI, and the NEOM Investment Fund (NIF) — to align AI governance, population health strategies, and value-based care frameworks.

Persivia also sponsored the NextGen Pitch Competition, signaling its commitment to nurturing Saudi Arabia’s emerging digital health innovators. “Our presence here is about partnership,” said Waleed Mattar, Partner at Persivia Saudi. “Building capabilities that last and empowering the next era of healthcare intelligence.”

Strategic context

Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 continues to drive a sweeping modernization of the health sector through digital infrastructure, accountability, and innovation. Persivia’s entry into the Kingdom — backed by its license from the Ministry of Investment — reinforces its long-term commitment to localization, technology transfer, and workforce development.

As global health systems race to adopt advanced intelligence frameworks, Saudi Arabia stands out for its clarity of purpose. The National Health Intelligence Initiative not only aligns with Vision 2030 — it accelerates it, transforming health data into a national asset capable of shaping care delivery for generations.
